CCG is a privately held construction company that specializes in diverse construction services within the residential, commercial and petroleum industries throughout the state of Florida and Georgia. Our wide range of experience covers (but not limited to) multi-family development & restorations, commercial tenant improvements , medical and education facility energy plant enhancements, and government fueling facilities. CCG’s main business service is construction but our primary focus is building enduring relationships with our customers.

Oliver Abeleda, Founder/PresidentCypress Construction Group, LLC

Oliver Abeleda is the founder and president of Cypress Construction Group, LLC.  He has over 20 years experience in the successful development of several business ventures in the construction, engineering and real estate industries. Over these years, he has worked with a wide variety of notable national & regional corporations affiliated with scores of multi-million dollar projects in the public and private sectors, including individual & institutional investors, large universities, high-rise development to hospitals throughout Florida, US and Caribbean. 

Overall, Mr. Abeleda’s experiences have literally been drawn from Wall Street to Main Street, where he gained over a decade of business management, mergers & acquisitions and financial analytical skills and experience. Concurrently, he had developed a strong background in construction & project management while being a Florida certified construction contractor in multiple disciplines. 

Mr. Abeleda received a B.S. in Accounting from Purdue University. Additionally, he is certified construction contractor in numerous states:

  • Florida licensed Building Contractor (CBC1253193),
  • Florida Pollution Storage Systems Contractor (PCC 056770)
  • Connecticut Plumbing & Pipefitting Contractor (PLM0288600-P9)
